5) Use Social Networking but with a strategy: often marketing directors or managers in general delegate this vital channel to interns or trainees leaving them open to condemnation.
6) Be inquisitive: Every day new channels emerge that may be necessary for your communication
7) Attention and interest is shifting online: keep an eye on the budget destined to "advertising" on printed paper.
8) Be expert advisers and create a Social Network (which doesn’t means using the SN)
9) Diversify: there are hundreds of discussion groups and just as many Social Networks, providing even more chances of Advertising
10) Be flexible: What is needed today may be obsolete tomorrow
