Case History: Emisfero

CHALLENGE

Growth amongst the hypermarkets meant that Emisfero needed support to strengthen its brand on the web, particularlyto counter the competitors and make the offers of the different locations more visible. Emisfero has supermarkets and hypermarkets located in the Northeast and Central Italy. They differ in size and character and therefore, in addition to the corporate communication for all, they also need dedicated publications.

SOLUTION

With the eTEAM software, the client launched the web portal www.emisfero.eu, which was something new in the food retail sector.
The portal delivers communications and promotions to the individual sites of all the 11 hypermarkets and 10 shopping centres, including 2 generic sites.
All content is managed dynamically and customised for each site.
In the sections dedicated to the individual hypermarkets, Emisfero offers news, tips and useful innovations for the whole family, such as recipes, eat well, self-care, spending guide and the section Emisfero Travels, with outstanding proposals for club card holders.
Consumers can find information about current promotions, scheduled events, available services, timetables and special hypermarket and shopping centre openings, closest to them.
